AI drafts the job description, generates the questions and rubric, conducts a video interview with the candidate via a realistic AI avatar, and returns a scored evaluation with direct quotes from the transcript. You stay in charge of the rubric, the activation decision, and the shortlist.

Yes. Question depth, follow-up cadence, and rubric weights all calibrate to the role you defined — a 90-minute principal-engineer screen probes very differently from a 20-minute SDR screen. The interviewer also adapts in-conversation: it follows up on what the candidate actually said, not a script.

Forty-three. English is the most polished today; Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Mandarin, Hindi, Arabic, and Japanese are well-exercised. The language is set per role and locked when you activate it.

Greenhouse and Lever are wired today. Each evaluation exports as a note on the candidate plus a public-but-tokenised report URL hiring managers can read without an account. Workday is on the roadmap.

About ten minutes to set up a role end-to-end (JD, questions, rubric, avatar, persona). Most of it is reviewing the AI-generated questions and rubric — the system writes the first draft instantly.

Every tenant is isolated at the PostgreSQL row level (Postgres RLS), enforced at the connection layer. Customer recordings sit in your S3 bucket via cross-account assume-role — round1 never holds the raw video. ATS credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-GCM.
